Field trips are scheduled for Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays only. Field trips are scheduled first come, first served. We may have to choose another date due to museum capacity

Field trip groups only visiting NSMLV can be scheduled as early as 9 am (8 am for groups with sensitivity or accessibility concerns). Field trips groups also visiting the Springs Preserve must start at 10 am). Also first come, first served for time slots.

After 60 days, the submitter will no longer be eligible for reimbursement(Required)

If No: Submitter of this form or identified responsible party acknowledges that they will not be able to submit an invoice for bus reimbursement. If the submitter selected “no reimbursement” because they are unsure of the amount required, they must wait to submit the request for a field trip until they have an identified reimbursement amount from the school or district. If the submitter selected no and later requires reimbursement, the submitter will need to cancel this request with the museum and reschedule via a new form(Required)
